Website construction: we will happily build you your own lo-cost website (2 pages) to help you maximise your rental returns. Our sites are well presented & informative. You can choose to link the site to a rental ad on this site.
key-holding: we hold a set of spare keys to your property & can provide emergency support to you or guests in the event of loss of keys etc. We also provide a service whereby weekly visits are made to your property to ensure that everything is in order and will also check your mailbox & keep items until you next visit. Lighting is checked and bulbs replaced, toilets and sinks checked to make sure no leaks have developed. We air your property which is especially important the closer you are to the coast. We also provide a key delivery service to guests renting or using your property. This service provision is over and above normal keyholding services provided by other agencies, representing excellent value for money.
Cleaning: we can offer this service if you are renting out or would just rather somebody else did this for you post your own holiday break. We also provide a laundry service as required. Further cleaning services can be requested (clean prior to taking up residence or after your property has been left unattended for a lengthy period of time). Please note to obtain our cleaning services you must also subscribe to our keyholding service.
Snagging Inspections: we provide a comprehensive premium snagging inspection service for your completed property that saves you your time and substantial cost by having to fly out, book accommodation and transfers / car hire. We systematically check the construction (internal / external), fixtures and fittings, test electric & water systems, and will even inspect your furniture pack (if included / purchased). We will provide you with a report but also arrange all corrections, repairs, replacements to be effected prior to completion. Snagging dates can be a hit and miss affair, often appointments can be cancelled or delayed which means extra costs if you decide to self inspect your property. You also benefit from our expertise and local knowledge in respect of how to get problems put right !
Repair service: We are able to undertake most repairs on your behalf and provide these at very reasonable rates. Because we have formed professional relationships with local trades people we can arrange for more complex repairs to be undertaken but will provide you with a quotation before any work is commenced - you have the added advantage that we can allow and monitor access to your property for greater peace of mind!
Fitting & installation / Satellite T.V: we provide this service to new owners and existing owners who are not comfortable or experienced with DIY. This includes electrical, sanitary and kitchen fittings. Again this saves you effort leaving more time to enjoy yourself on your holiday break. We are also able to arrange for Sky t.v to be installed on your behalf. Quotes can be obtained without any obligation.
Short term rental facility: We can arrange for short term rentals (min 2 nights) in quality accommodation to facilitate short visits to the area..
Purchase facility: Many owners want to purchase additional or replacement furniture particularly when the property comes fully furnished as part of the purchase (for example owners wanting to acquire a sofa-bed before they complete on their property). This is very difficult to do from the U.K and you can spend many hours of your holiday time looking for outlets to supply your desired product. We will happily assist you in this endeavour and arrange to be present for delivery. This service is free as part of our keyholding arrangement but we can offer this service on a one off basis for a very reasonable fee.
Rental advertising: This is a new exclusive service. We will only advertise properties that fall within the Levante region in order to maximise rental enquiries / potential for our clients. Additionally we will limit adverts to 6 per urbanisation. Unlike other rental sites we will keep our portfolio very small and localised - instead of 1000's of rental properties all over Spain / Europe our's will be no more than 150... a great way to promote your rental property at low cost! (strictly limited).
Property for sale: Equally we can offer you the opportunity to sell your property via an advert in our site on a DIY basis. We only ask for an insertion fee (4 months renewable) & do not charge any other commission. Ask for full details.
Property purchase: Worried about dealing with unscrupulous property agents etc? We can offer a very personal 1 to 1, no pressure property search service. As we know the area intimately we can put you in contact with estate agents who can offer you a portfolio of properties to meet your needs & budget. Additionally you receive balanced advice on the type of property you are looking for (rental, capital growth potential etc). We can offer a package where we can provide you with transfers from the 3 service airports, local quality accommodation & personalised inspection visits to properties of YOUR choice. You pay the costs but these will be refunded if you make your purchase via our service therefore you can be assured we will not try to push you into buying anything in order to recoup our expenses. We are also in a position to negotiate a better deal for you ... something other agents shy away from because it reduces profits!
Transfer service: We are able to arrange transfers to and from Alicante, Murcia & Almeria airports.
